In-Person Career Coach Volunteer

Whether you work in public service, the trades, healthcare, technology, administration, or any other field—your career journey matters. As an In-Person Career Coach with Ontario Career Lab, you'll make a meaningful difference by sharing your real-world experiences with Grade 9 and 10 students who are just beginning to imagine their futures. Your personal journey, the steps you took, challenges you faced, and pivotal moments that shaped your career, shows students how diverse industries operate and how careers actually develop.
