Join our volunteer team and help bring the 43rd Annual Women's Art Festival to life! As a Festival Volunteer, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable experience for over 100 artists, performers, and thousands of visitors. Whether you're greeting guests, helping artists, or lending a hand behind the scenes, you'll be part of a wonderful community working together to celebrate women and gender diverse artists.

Festival Volunteer

Dates and Times

Volunteers are asked to commit to a minimum of two hours. You're welcome to volunteer for a longer shift, or even stay for the full day if you'd like. We appreciate any amount of time you're able to give and will do our best to match you with a schedule that works for you.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include: Assisting with festival set-up and tear-down Greeting visitors and providing information Supporting artists with booth breaks or small requests Helping with wayfinding and directing visitors Assisting with children's activities or community programming Monitoring festival spaces and helping keep them tidy Supporting the information booth Helping with accessibility needs when required Assisting with general event logistics throughout the day No previous experience is required. We simply ask that volunteers are friendly, dependable, and willing to help wherever needed.
