Shift Availability: Breakfast (8:30-11:30) Lunch (11:30-2:30) Dinner (2:30 PM - 5:30 PM) Position Summary: As a Dining Room Server you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming dining experience for our clients. You will be responsible for various tasks, including taking orders, serving meals, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our dining service. Qualifications:A willingness to serve others and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Required Qualifications

Please complete an application on our website at www.marthastable.ca or https://bttr.im/lo6g1 Students may get their service hours, we work with schools for co-op placements as well. If 14-15 volunteers must have their parent or guardian sign the waiver and attend the volunteer shift with them 16-17 parents or guardian must sign the waive but will not need to be on site with the volunteer We require proof of 2 covid vaccinations for all volunteers

Position Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Food Service: Take orders, serve meals, and make coffee /Tea to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our clients. Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to strict hygiene standards by wearing an apron, hair net or hat, and gloves when plating food. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Kitchenette Stocking: Keep the kitchenette well-stocked with necessary supplies for meal service. Dishwashing: Assist with dishwashing duties if no busser is on staff, and wash dishes as needed to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Safety Awareness: Never put yourself in harm's way; report any safety or security concerns to the dining room supervisor on duty. Shift Commitment: Attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably; if unable to make a shift, communicate as soon as possible to allow time for finding a replacement.
