Kingston Field Naturalists

About Kingston Field Naturalists:

The KFN has been active since 1949, and currently has about 500 members. We meet monthly from September to May, for a social and nature oriented speaker. We offer field trips, seminars and own and maintain three large nature reserves in the Kingston area. You can find out lots more about us on our website.

Our Mission:

To acquire, record and disseminate knowledge of natural history; and to stimulate public interest in nature and in the protection and preservation of wild life; and to acquire, receive and hold lands for the purpose of preserving their natural flora and fauna.

How You Can Support Us:

We need a volunteer Treasurer, or book keeper. We are always looking for volunteers to help maintain our nature reserves, lead field trips and help us run the organization. We are also a registered charity and use donations to support the presevation of wildlife habitat.
