About Fairmount Home:

Fairmount Home is municipally-funded, not-for-profit long-term care facility that has been providing special care to residents and their families since 1968. Fairmount is home to 128 residents, we offer a variety of recreation and leisure programs daily and have a strong team of volunteers to assist our recreationists with these programs. Fairmount is located north of the city, a five minute drive past the 401 on Battersea Road.
