Family & Children's Services

FACSFLA is a not-for-profit agency funded by the Government of Ontario through the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors - we work to protect children and youth from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and neglect. Our primary goal is to keep families in crisis together. Family, culture, and community are at the center of the work we do with families to keep children and youth safe. Note: we maintain offices in Napanee, Northbrook, Sharbot Lake and Sydenham.

Our 'Vision' is Children and Youth Growing Up in Their Families, Cultures, and Communities.

Our volunteers are young and old, single and partnered, students, working people, and retirees. They come from diverse cultural, racial, ethnic, and religious groups.
