About Weller Arms Non-Profit Homes:

Weller Arms Non-Profit Homes is a small 30 unit apartment building for low income seniors. The majority of our tenants are from the city of Kingston Social Housing Registry. We have a small volunteer Board of Directors and 2 part-time staff.

Our Mission:

To provide and operate housing accommodation primarily for seniors of low or modest income at rentals below the median current rental market.To provide good quality housing accommodation for older adults of low to modest income. To work with tenants to provide a peaceful and engaging environment. To enable the tenants to enjoy the joint use of common space and laundry facilities
