Established in 2020 Well Suited, by partnering with other community organisations, provide suitable attire and life skills to men in need in our community. Currently, our governance structure is a small but dedicated working board busy establishing and implementing the strategic and operational planning to ensure Well Suited meets its mandate. Currently we have contracted the services of x 1 person to design, develop and assist in implementing the operational delivery for the prorgam

Well Suited Kingston’s mission is to support and build confidence in men, inspiring them on their journey to economic independence by providing suitable attire and career development tools. In working with community partners, and treating every individual with unconditional respect, we help them enter the workforce, stay employed, and connect with services to improve their job-readiness and life skills needed to become role models in their community.

Become Board Members; We are busy trying to establish people in known subject matter expert roles such as Grants and Applications director, but we also would like other members at large to ensure succession planning for board members. Volunteer members; under the guidance of the contracted program coordinator we need people to assist in volunteering to provide the services that we deliver
